Martin's Corner has now expanded into another new small hotel built to a very high standard, with only eighteen rooms and was completed in August 2007.
Location: The hotel is located in the village of Betalbatim, 45 min /30 kms. from the airport and half hr./2 km. from Margao. A family run hotel is owned by the Pereira family, and is set in the midst of lushgreen fields, tall swaying palms in a quiet village with winding roads. It has a tranquil and serene atmosphere with lush green lawns and open spaces.

Location: 90 min /40 kms. from the airport and half hr./2 km. from Margao. Set in grounds leading from the gates, the walk to the beach is 5 minutes over the dunes to the whitesands of Varca Beach. This development opened in early 1998 and the apartments are privately let.
Accommodation: This large complex of 150 rooms, in apartment style manner, consists of 2 or 3 storey blocks (no lifts), all built in traditional style. Rooms have a single or a double bed, en suite shower, fridge, celling fan, satelite TV. Some apartments are air-conditioned and available at a supplement payable locally (approx. £3 per day). All rooms have a balcony or terrace.

Location: Set off the main road on the slopes of a hill of a village, 1 km. from the beach. 70 mins. from the airport and 15 mins./3 kms. from Margao town. The back is surrounded by fertile woodlands, and a huge area of fields forming into a lake after the monsoons.
Accommodation: Twin/Double beds, ensuite WC, shower in two/three storey apartment style block. This is a small, very clean family run hotel.
Facilities: Two Restaurants one International and one famed for Chinese food, a small swimming pool/garden with waiter service.
Opinion: A simple but comfortable
standard of accomodation and facilites and not far from the beach.

Beach (between Bogmallo & Majorda Beaches) SOUTH
Location: The
Horizon was completed in April 2000. It's in a fantastic location, beginning
the longest row of straightline beaches in South Goa, 70 yards wide and 15 miles
long.
Accommodation: The twin rooms can sleep
up to 3 andhave ensuite shower and WC, ceilindg fan, TV and fridge. Upgraded
larger rooms with air-conditionig may be available on arrival, subject
to availability and payable locally.
Our allocation is on the ground floor. All rooms are based on a

Location: South of Goa, just 1 km from Agonda village, the newly built Fortune Resort offers a comfortable standard of accommodation with a good choice of facilities in a most serene atmosphere. The hotel is built on an elevated position and offers fantastic views out over the coconut groves and sea. Access to the beach is via a fairly steep pathway and steps, approximately 500 metres (not suitable for those with walking difficulties) Alternatively the hotel is operates a shuttle service from the hotel to the beach several times a day. The beach at Agonda is a stunning 3 km stretch of soft white sand backed by lush vegetation and as yet, still relatively untouched.
